REFUND:
YOU CAN'T CANCEL A PRE ORDER!
AFTER YOU STARTED YOUR PRE ORDER YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER ANYMORE, BECAUSE THE PIECE WILL SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR YOU!
All orders must have the correct address as we will not change the address for free. Any packages sent back, customer will have to provide shipping label expense. We will NOT go against any of our policies.
Note that fake chargebacks are not permitted and will result in action being taken against the customer. Anyone who submits a fake chargeback may face service denial from us.
RETURNS
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- In unused/unworn and resellable items, or defective items.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

We are not liable for packages returned due to an insufficient address. If your package is returned for this reason, you will be entirely responsible for the cost of reshipping. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to carrier on tracking number for assistance.
Ensure that you provide the correct shipping information when placing your order. 10figureapparel.com is not responsible for any lost packages during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier if your package is lost.
International Orders: Please be advised that we are not liable for paying any import fees, taxes, or levies levied by the customs office of your nation. The consumer is required to cover these costs at the time of delivery. Due to unpaid customs costs, we will not refund any foreign orders.
