By purchasing a PREORDER item, you agree to the specified wait time for delivery. For updates on your PREORDER, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram at @10figureapparel, where we provide progress updates every few days. Thank you for your understanding.

We are not liable for packages returned due to an insufficient address. If your package is returned for this reason, you will be entirely responsible for the cost of reshipping. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to carrier on tracking number for assistance.
Ensure that you provide the correct shipping information when placing your order. 10figureapparel.com is not responsible for any lost packages during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier if your package is lost.
International Orders: Please be advised that we are not liable for paying any import fees, taxes, or levies levied by the customs office of your nation. The consumer is required to cover these costs at the time of delivery. Due to unpaid customs costs, we will not refund any foreign orders.
